Always a pleasant visit. The staff is so accomodating especially when a loaner is needed so I can get to work. The work they do and the time they take to do it is amazing.

I got there early for a yearly inspection, I couldn't believe they got it done so quickly. The service department is always friendly and do the work quickly for service or anything else.

I have been dealing with Rick Bokman Inc. for more years than I can count. Awesome is the first word that comes to mind. From the office, sales and service, Rick Bokman Inc. can not be beat. They are the best and have worked very hard to maintain the best personnel in all aspects of the business to make sure the customer is completely comfortable and satisfied. Whether your buying, in for service or just to be able to stop by to say Hi. If you deal with Rick Bokman Inc., you become like family and it is a Great Feeling just to walk in the door. I was having some service performed on my existing Nissan but we discovered the vehicle was unsafe to drive and would have to be replaced. I walked onto the showroom floor and Derek greeted me in a pleasant, non-pushy manner so we started looking at vehicles and talking. To be honest, I was just going to glance at some vehicles then drive to the Nissan dealer to look at replacements but Derek has a reassuring manner that convinced me to spend more time at Rick Bokman and have an open mind about my next lease/purchase. I've never owned a Buick or any GMC product before and was pleasantly surprised by some of the offerings. The whole process was pretty painless and enjoyable. Derek made a point of being sure I understood their process, was comfortable with the pace of the process, and that I would enjoy being a customer of Rick Bokman. So far, I've been very pleased with my new Buick Envision and have no reason to doubt my enjoyment will continue.

Rick Bokmans always provides the very best service every single time I am there. Everyone takes the times to greet you when passing by. They are all so friendly and helpful, especially Troy Brenneman and Aaron Hooper, who I dealt with directly. Troy pays great attention to details; wiping down water drops, cleaning license plates before transferring, making sure you are absolutely comfortable. Troy and Aaron make it feel like you're visiting family, but taking home a beautiful new car! I love visiting Rick Bokmans and highly recommend everyone else do the same.

As always every service department swamped with keeping people on the road but at Rick Bokman service department they understand how important it is to have a dependable staff to get things in even when they can’t. I appreciate ALL the hard working people at TEAM BOKMAN

We cant say enough about Troy Brenamen and Aaron Hooper, they go out of their way to meet our needs. Also service department always looks out for our best interests and always friendly and service is top notch.

Although I wasn't happy that I had to make 4 trips to get the problem resolved, the service staff was very understanding and professional. They were thorough and respectful.

Incredible service as always. I needed a tonneau cover added to my truck in a hurry before a trip and they worked me in to take care of it! They also took the time to demonstrate how to operate it. I always feel like they go above and beyond no matter how busy they are.

Our appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. We were in and out very quickly and they even addressed an issue we were experiencing with the Sirius satellite app and resolved it for us! Coffee was available in the waiting area and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Always a great experience at this dealership which is the reason we trust them for all our vehicle needs.
